RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

When you book an appointment with us, you reserve that time exclusively. We understand that life happens, and schedules change, however our providers set aside dedicated time for each appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours or less notice, a $100 non refundable cancellation fee will apply. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to your care.

If a scheduled appointment is cancelled and you wish to not reschedule, the deposit fee will be refunded upon request within 2-3 weeks minus an 8% credit card service fee. Thank you for your cooperation; we truly value your time and understanding as much as you value ours.

DEPOSITS

Any deposits made toward an appointment will be applied to your scheduled service upon checkout. Most injectable and laser services require a $100 deposit or more at time of booking.

NEW CLIENT POLICY

All ‘New Client’ appointments require a $100 credit card non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from your account at time of service or treatment. Deposit will be applied towards your service or treatment at time of appointment. 

PRICES & PROMOTIONS 

We are committed to continuously expanding our repertoire of services, therefore services and products are subject to change at any time without notice. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

At BeautyMark West Chester, we appreciate your trust in our aesthetic services and strive to provide the highest level of care. Please note that all purchases of treatments and treatment series are non-refundable, and once purchased, all treatments within a package must be completed within 12 months. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing completion of a treatment series, received services will be charged at full price rather than the adjusted package rate, with any remaining balance available as in-office credit for future services or retail items. Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase, and unused treatments cannot be exchanged for dollar credits or alternative services. Gift cards, whether purchased in-office or online, are also non-refundable and must be used within 12 months. Refunds are only considered under extraordinary circumstances and solely at the discretion of management. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation, and if approved, will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method, minus a 10% processing fee. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

There are no refunds on services performed. Expectations and reasonable expected results are discussed prior to implementing a treatment plan. Results always vary and are not guaranteed. Clients should be willing to complete the outline of a treatment plan to obtain desired results. Packages purchased must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. We can not accept returns on open or used skincare or retail products. In the event of defective packaging or a true allergic reaction, please contact Sarah directly.  Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT/CHILDREN & PETS

As a courtesy to other clients, guests and providers, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the treatment rooms and lounge. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit.

We try to keep a ‘quiet environment.’ We often have massages and facials being performed in adjacent rooms. To maintain this peaceful atmosphere, we do not allow children or pets for sanitary reasons to accompany clients to appointments. Thank you for understanding.

BEAUTYMARK GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be used toward any service or product. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

PAYMENT

Because our medical spa is limited to elective aesthetics, we do not bill insurance. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, and Cherry. Please note that Cherry Payments incur a 7% additional fee. We do not accept personal or business checks, travelers checks, or foreign currency.

CLIENT-PRACTICE RELATIONSHIP

We truly appreciate having you as a valued client, but we want to let you know that we do maintain the right to decline service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

DISCOUNTS & SPECIALS

First-time clients receive $50 off any Medspa treatment of $250 or more. 

Birthday month discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. When more than one service is being performed, we honor the discount on the higher priced service.

TIPPING & GRATUITY

At BeautyMark, tipping is never expected or required, but it is always greatly appreciated for esthetician facial services such as facials, HydroDiamond and dermaplaning.

We do not accept tips or gratuities for any medical spa services or procedures. This includes treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, deep chemical peels, and laser services. Our focus is on providing exceptional care and professional results, and as a medical aesthetics practice, we view these treatments as healthcare services rather than salon or spa services.

CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM

If you’d like to show appreciation, the best way to support our team is through referrals, and word of mouth!
As a thank you for referring your friends and family to us if the person you referred to us mention they were referred by you you will receive a $25 thank you Bonus in your client wallet to use towards your next visit.
